Mobile Homepage
This guide walks through each section of your homepage:
1. Active Loads
This section of the homepage displays all of your active loads. This includes loads from the "Ready to Dispatch" state, to "In Transit" states, up until delivered (delivered loads are not included).
The color of the arrow will change depending on the state of your loads:
โRed: Some of your loads are not tracking (for loads in transit, we mark them as "not tracking" if we have not received a tracking ping for 30 minutes or more. For loads that have not picked up yet, we require tracking to begin 2 hours before the start of the load).
Orange: Some of your loads are tracking, but running late (loads are determined to be running late based on an estimate that your truck will be running 60mph to the destination, and will arrive after the appointment time or window).
Blue: All of your loads are tracking and on time!
Click on the arrow to navigate to the Active Loads page. Here you can take action on your loads: edit information, update load status and add tracking method.
