This guide covers the tracking requirements for Transfix loads. With consistent tracking, you can avoid calls, receive hassle-free detention, get positive ratings and get paid!

**Please note that tracking is required for any detention and lumper requests.

Requirements

  1. Turn on Tracking

    1. You have two options for tracking:

      1. Tracking via Transfix mobile app: Keep the app open and your phone charged to track the entire load

      2. Tracking via ELD: Ensure your ELD is connected to us via P44 or Motive (for setup information, see this article).

  2. Share Status Updates

    1. Update your status on Transfix's app or website when you're headed to pickup, at pickup, in transit and successfully completed delivery (for instructions see this article).

  3. Upload Proof of Delivery

    1. Take a picture of the delivery documents and upload them upon delivery. (For instructions, see this article)
