Mobile
When signing your ratecon, scroll down to the tracking section to choose your tracking method.
Choose "My Truck's ELD" to use Keep Truckin or Project44
Choose "Transfix mobile app" to use...the Transfix mobile app
If you would like to change your tracking method after you've signed the ratecon, navigate to the "My Loads" page and click on the load. Scroll down and click "Manage"
This will re-direct you to Transfix's website (on mobile). If not logged in on web, you will need to login again. Once logged in, you can switch your tracking method and hit "save". **If your account is already connected with KeepTruckin, this will be your default ELD tracking method. If you would like to use a different ELD - please contact us at carriersuccess@transfix.io.**
Desktop
You can choose your tracking method when signing your ratecon. Scroll down to the tracking section and choose "My Truck's ELD" if you would like to track with Keep Truckin or P44. **If your account is already connected with KeepTruckin, this will be default ELD tracking method. If you would like to use a different ELD - please contact us at carriersuccess@transfix.io.**
