This article covers how to manually update your loads status. For most loads, live tracking is required, but manual tracking can be used supplementary .
Desktop Instructions
There are two ways to manually update a load's status. The dispatcher can update it from Transfix Carrier App, or your driver can update it via Driver Status Updates (click for more information on Driver Status Updates). This article is for dispatchers and covers updating load statuses via Transfix Carrier App.
To update a load's status

1. Login and navigate to your "My Loads" page:

2. You can also click on the load to open up the load details page. From there, you can update the status on the right side of the window:
Please continue to update the status until your load has reached the delivery. When carrying a Transfix load, these status updates will be automatically shared with Transfix.
Mobile Instructions
To manually update your load's status, navigate to the "My Loads" tab and click on the load.
Click on the "update Load Status" button
Select the current status of the load and hit "Confirm". Add the check-in (or check out) date and time, and hit Submit.
Your status has now been updated.
