This article covers how to accept a load that’s been offered to you by your broker.
Desktop Instructions
To accept a load that has been offered, login to your account and navigate to your homepage. You will see the load at the top of the home page.
You can click the “Decline” or “Accept Offer” button.
**Up to three loads will be shown on the Home page. To see additional offers, click 'View All Offers'
You will then be directed to the rate confirmation page. There, you will have the ability to assign the dispatcher, driver, and preferred method of tracking.
Once the rate confirmation is signed, you be emailed a PDF of it.
Mobile Instructions
Download out mobile app and log in
Go to the Transfix App
Click on Home > Accept Loads
Check on the Available tab
Click Accept Offer or Decline.
If you accept, you will be directed to the ratecon: read all the shipment terms and fill out all the required fields and e-sign to book. Once the ratecon is signed, you will be emailed a PDF of it.
