How to Sign In to the Carrier Web App / Mobile App

This article covers how to sign into your Transfix account via the Web or Mobile

Web/ Desktop

Please visit the login page at https://apps.transfix.io/fms/login, enter your email address and click continue, exactly as you did when you created your account.

Make sure the email is entered correctly. If you need re-enter the username, you can click "Use a Different Email". If you haven't received the email, you can request to resend the the link by clicking "Resend Link" (there will be a short delay 20 seconds for authentication)

You will receive your one-time login link for Transfix via email. If you do not see an email after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Clicking the "Login with One-Time Link" button


** Once you're logged in, your session will remain active for 7 days, so you won’t be logged out during that period. However, using incognito/private browsing or clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may end your session early and require you to log in again

Mobile App

To download the Transfix App, please visit the link that matches your device:

Once downloaded, there are two different ways to login to the mobile app:

  • As a driver: Drivers login using their mobile number. This must be the cell phone number that is on file with your broker.

    • Drivers will be texted a verification code to that same cell phone number. Once they enter this code, they can login.

  • As a dispatcher: Dispatchers login to the app with their email address.

    • This must be the email address used to create your account.

  • Owner Operators can login with either their phone number or their email address.
