The best way to keep your account safe is with a strong, unique password.
A strong password is long, random, unique and a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
Do not write down your password or share it across platforms (email, text etc).
Do not leave your account open on a computer unattended
Avoid storing your password on your computer or mobile phone
It is recommended to use a secure password manager
Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms
If you feel that your account was accessed by an unauthorized person, or if you see any unusual activity, be sure to reset your password immediately, and call us at 646 844 2200 or start a live chat.

How to Set a New Password
Desktop Instructions
To reset your password, click on "reset password" on the login page
Enter your email and "Request a Reset Password Link"
You will receive an email from Transfix Support with the subject "Your Password Reset Request" Open the email and click "Reset Your Password".
** If you have requested a password reset multiple times, make sure you are clicking on the most recent email.
Enter your new password, make sure it follows the rules:
8+ characters
Includes at least one uppercase letter and lowercase letter
Includes a number
Includes a special symbol (!@#$%)
Then "Submit Password"
You'll be directed back to the login page, to login with your new password.

To change your existing password:
Login on the desktop and click on Settings
Go to Your Account:
Enter current and new password > Save Changes
โPick an 8-character length password that has at least one uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character (!?@#$).

Mobile Instructions:
On the app login page, type in your email address and hit "Continue".
On the next page, you are prompted to enter your password, hit the the "Forgot Password" button under the "Login" button.
Enter your email address, and hit "Reset Password".
You will receive an email from Transfix Support with the subject "Your Password Reset Request" Open the email and click "Reset Your Password".
