Carrier Updates to Pickup and Delivery Times

Carriers are able to record the pickup and delivery dates/times of a shipment by accessing the shipment details via the link included in emails generated by the Shipper App. Click on the Enable Location Tracking or Submit Tracking Update button in the emails you receive from the Shipper App:

Once you've accessed the shipment details, select the Tracking tab on the right side of the screen and and scroll down to Update Tracking Info. Click on Update Pickup Arrival Status and/or Update Delivery Arrival Status and enter the date/time info. Click Submit to save your info:
