How do I view my payments?

-Go to My Loads > Delivered

-Go to Select the load you are inquiring about

-Once you're in the detail page, go to the Payment Status section.

*This will only appear once the load has been delivered and the POD is approved by our Payment Team.

User Requirements:

  • Make sure the load is already in the delivered (tab)

  • POD is uploaded and approved by our Carrier Payment Team (How to upload POD, as seen in this FAQ article)

  • Need TriumphPay

How do I sign up for TriumphPay?

You would need to register in TriumphPay and complete the process. There is also an option for ACH payment and quick pay. They also provide customer service chat if you have any questions on the site.

How long does it take for the payment to process?

It operates as a FIFO queue (first-in, first-out) and typically undergoes review within 48 business hours. However, during periods of high volume, this process may extend to 96 business hours. Approvals are typically process daily at the close of each day of reviewing the PODs, with payments calculated 30 days thereafter.

Where can I get my 1099s?

We do not provide 1099s. If you are registered with TriumphPay you can pull your payment history from there. If not, please reach out to carrierpayments@transfix.io and the team can provide payments for the year.

Do we offer quick pay / ACH?

Yes, we offer quick pay and ACH through TriumphPay. To learn more about quick pay, watch this video from TriumphPay here.

How can we change payment terms?

At the moment, we're unable to customize payment terms. Our standard terms remain set at 30 days. However, if you prefer expedited payment, you have the option to utilize QuickPay through TriumpPay.
