Shippers and carriers are now able to download a copy of published RFP,s whether they've been completed or not.

From the RFP Bid Table tab of your RFP, click Export as CSV.

Downloading a CSV will not affect the status of the RFP, so each phase of the RFP lifecycle can be documented if necessary.
