Desktop Instruction
Once a load is offered to you, you will have 30 minutes to accept. When it is offered, you will receive an email, Subject: Please Accept Dedicated Lane Offer or Please Accept Load Offer [TFX-#####]"
You will have the ability to "Decline" or "Book Now". If you choose "Book Now", you will be directed to login to Transfix.
Once you login, you will see the load on your Homepage. Click the "Accept Offer" button.
**Up to three loads will be shown on the Home page. To see additional offers, click 'View All Offers'
You will then be directed to the rate confirmation page. There, you will have the ability to assign the dispatcher, driver, and preferred method of tracking.
Once the rate confirmation is signed, you be emailed a PDF of it.
Mobile Instructions
Download out mobile app and log in
Go to the Transfix App
Click on Home > Accept Loads
Check on the Available tab
Click Accept Offer
Read all the shipment terms and fill out all the required field and e-sign to book!
