Shippers can now keep track of their carrier's insurance policies and expiration dates via the Shipper App.
To get started, select a carrier on the Carrier Network page, then click the Carrier Insurance tab to view your carrier's coverage. Click Add Insurance to add a new insurance policy:
Select your carrier's insurance type and expiration date, if applicable. Click Add Insurance to save your info:
Click the 'garbage' icon to delete an insurance type. Expired insurance will be flagged:
Click on a carrier when requesting coverage to view their insurance:
Shipments that are tendered to a carrier with expired insurance will also be flagged:
