Desktop Instructions
After signing a rate confirmation, there will be a pop-up with booking confirmation.
Once you close this pop up page, you can access your rate confirmation on the detail page under Documents
Your rate con will be available to click on as a PDF. To view other rate confirmation, you can navigate to the 'My Loads' page, and click on the load you want to retrieve the rate con for, click on the "Documents" tab.
Mobile Instructions
After signing the rate confirmation on the mobile app, there will be a pop-up window suggesting other available loads you might have done in the past. You may view reloads or just click "Done". Click on the Document Tab from the shipment detail page, it will direct you the rate confirmation you just signed.
Once you click on the rate confirmation, you will have the ability to download, save or send email via PDF. Click on the download button located on the upper right.

Click into the "Documents" tab. Your ratecon will be available there to view and download.
