When your company is assigned to a Transfix load, you can send the load's information to your driver once they're assigned, or before they've been assigned to see if they're interested.
To do this, navigate to your "My Loads" page. Click on the load you would like to share and hit the "Share" button in the top right corner.
If your driver has not been assigned to the load, you can select them from the dropdown, and they will receive this text message message:
"This is your dispatcher letting you know that you're assigned to Point A to Point B, pickup at date and time."
If your driver has been assigned to the load, their details will be pre-populated and they will receive this text message:
"This is your dispatcher letting you know that you’re assigned to Trenton, NJ - NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ, pickup Wed 7/19, 8:00am EDT"
Both drivers (assigned or unassigned) will also receive a link with the following load information:
The pickup/ delivery locations
Pickup/ delivery instructions
The mileage
Appointment details
The items being picked up (weight, pallet count)
Drivers do not receive any information about the rate or payment.
