How to Manage the Daily Digest Email

There are two types of load alert emails that users receive from Transfix:

Lane Alerts: These are email notifications you can set in the Carrier App to be alerted when there is a new Transfix load that fits your set parameters (pickup location, dropoff, days of the week, etc).

Daily Fix: This is a daily email digest that contains all load recommendations for you. These recommendations are:

  1. Set by you in your lane alerts (see above)

  2. Recommended because of loads you've run recently

  3. Recommended for you by one of Transfix's carrier managers

To unsubscribe from Lane Alerts

  1. Sign into the Carrier App (https://apps.transfix.io/fms/login)

  2. Navigate to the "Find Loads" page and scroll down to "Saved Lanes"

    1. To edit the lane alert, click on it

To delete the lane alert, click on "View All" on the right-hand side, then click on the three dots. You would then have the ability to make any edit or delete.

To unsubscribe from the Daily Digest

  1. Sign into the Carrier App (https://apps.transfix.io/fms/login)

  2. Navigate to the "Settings page", and then to "Notifications"

    1. From here, you can turn the "Daily Fix" on or off, and set how many times a day you would like to receive it.
