How to Receive Email Alerts for Loads You're Interested in

How to set up, edit and delete load alerts.

Summary

This article covers to the steps to set up, edit and delete your lane alerts. Once set up, you will receive an email when a load becomes available that fits your criteria.

Desktop Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Find Loads page

2. Once on this page, enter your preferred pickup and drop-off location. You can search for a specific location, or for a local, short or long haul.

3. Next, specify your pickup date. Again you can choose a specific date, a date range, or certain days of the week.

4. Click the magnifying glass to search. This will generate a list of loads that match the criteria you have entered. To receive lane alerts about any future matching loads, toggle "Save this lane" to be highlighted blue which means it is active.

Editing and Deleting Lane Alerts

Once a lane alert is created, it will show up on your "Find Loads" page.

Click on "View All" lane to edit it or delete it. To delete it, click the 3 dots next to the lane and click "Edit" to manage the location and rate, click "Delete" to remove the lane entirely, and click "Turn Notifications Off" to keep the lane but remove the emails.

Mobile Instructions

Setting up saved lanes on mobile can be done in just a few clicks.

  1. Navigate to the "Saved Lanes" under Popular Tools.

  2. Click on the plus sign to add a new lane.

3. Select your preferences for your saved lane:

  • Pickup and Delivery locations and the mileage radius

  • Pick Up Dates: The pick-up dates can be set to Any Day, a Specific Date, or by Days of the Week

  • Rate Type: Any Rate, Rate per Mile, Total all-in

4. Once the criteria has been added, the ability to manage the notification preferences and frequency can be edited at the bottom. Once done, click Save!
