This article covers the steps to search the Transfix load board and bid on or book loads.
User Requirements
To book a Transfix load, your carrier needs to be approved by our compliance team - click here for instructions to fill out our BCA and Carrier Packet
If your carrier is not yet approved, you can still bid on loads - if your bid is selected, you will be asked to fill out the application and your approval will be expedited.
Desktop
To search the Transfix load board, sign in to your Transfix account and click on the "Find Loads" tab in the navigation.
From the book loads screen, enter your search data (locations, dates etc). Click on the magnifying glass to search.
Any matching loads will come up, with the option to "Book Now" or "Submit Bid." You can use the "Pickup Radius" and "Equipment" buttons to filter your results.
If your carrier is approved to book Transfix loads, you can choose "Book Now", and you will be redirected to sign the Rate Confirmation.
If your carrier is not yet approved or you want to submit a bid, hit the "Submit Bid" button. Transfix will contact you via email to let you know if your bid was accepted or not.
You can also view all of your bids and their status by clicking on "Manage My Bids" on the "Find Loads" page.

Mobile
From your homepage, you can search for a load by tapping "Search for loads". You can also book/bid on the "Suggested Loads" displayed.
From the list of loads, click on one to book it or bid on it. If your carrier is approved to book loads with Transfix, you can use the "Book Now" button which will direct you to sign the ratecon.
If your carrier has not been approved yet, or you want to submit a bid, select the "Submit Bid" button. A Transfix representative will reach out via email to let you know if your bid was accepted or not.
** You can always edit or review your submitted bids from the Home tab in the ‘Manage Bids’ section.
