Desktop Instructions
Navigate to the "My Loads" page, and click on the load you want to retrieve the rate con for. On the Documents section located on the right side, you can view your rate con, POD (rejected reason) and other documents.
Your rate con will be available to click on as a PDF.
Mobile Instructions
Navigate to the "My Loads" tab and click on the load you want to retrieve the rate confirmation for. Select and go to the load you want to view.
Click into the "Documents" tab. Your rate confirmation will be available there to view and download.
