This article covers how to access your ratecon from the Carrier Web App and the Carrier Mobile App.
Desktop Instructions
You can access your ratecon at any time from the “My Loads” page. Click on the load to see the load details page (below). You can find the ratecon in the “Documents” section. Click “Rate Confirmation” to view your ratecon as a PDF.
Mobile Instructions
You can access your ratecon at any time by clicking into “My Loads” and then clicking on the specific load. Click on the “Documents” tab, a PDF of the the ratecon will be here.
Once you click on the rate confirmation, you will have the ability to download, save or send email via PDF. Click on the download button located in the upper right corner.
