How to Reset / Change Your Password

Desktop Instructions

To reset your password, click on "reset password" on the login page

Enter your email and "Request a Reset Password Link"

You will receive an email from Transfix Support with the subject "Your Password Reset Request" Open the email and click "Reset Your Password".

** If you have requested a password reset multiple times, make sure you are clicking on the most recent email.

Enter your new password, make sure it follows the rules:

  • 8+ characters

  • Includes at least one uppercase letter and lowercase letter

  • Includes a number

  • Includes a special symbol (!@#$%)

Then "Submit Password"

You'll be directed back to the login page, to login with your new password.

To change your existing password:

Login on the desktop and click on Settings

Go to Your Account:

Enter current and new password > Save Changes


โ€‹Pick an 8-character length password that has at least one uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character (!?@#$).

Mobile Instructions:

On the app login page, type in your email address and hit "Continue".

On the next page, you are prompted to enter your password, hit the the "Forgot Password" button under the "Login" button.

Enter your email address, and hit "Reset Password".

You will receive an email from Transfix Support with the subject "Your Password Reset Request" Open the email and click "Reset Your Password".

** If you have requested a password reset multiple times, make sure you are clicking on the most recent email.

Enter your new password, make sure it follows the rules:

  • 8+ characters

  • Includes at least one uppercase letter and lowercase letter

  • Includes a number

  • Includes a special symbol (!@#$%)

Then "Submit Password"

You will be redirected to the login page to login with your email and password.
