Shipments with a status of Delivered and Archived can now be downloaded to CSV.
To access this feature, go to the Insights page in the Shipper App and select the Data Download tab, then select a date range or ‘All shipment data’ and click ‘Export to CSV’.
You’ll be notified via email when the download is ready, and the status will also be displayed in ‘Export Activity’ at the bottom of the screen. Click ‘Download’ to view your data.
Your download will stay on file under ‘Export Activity’, allowing you to access previous files at your convenience.
