Click on the Insights page in the menu on the left side of your screen.

Select a facility from the dropdown menu, or select All Facilities.

Select Live Load or Drop Trailer, or select All Loading Methods.

Select Full Truckload, Less Than Truckload or Intermodal, or select All Modes.

Select the last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, Month to Date, Year to Date, or enter a Custom date range.

Scroll down to view Facility Performance: quantity of shipments, on-time pickup and delivery, average load time and unload time, and billable and payable accessorials.

Hover over an i icon to view more information about the metrics being displayed.
