Change an existing rate by selecting a shipment and clicking Edit Shipment in the upper right.

Update the rate and click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to continue.

To assign a shipment as TONU, click Manage Accessorials and select Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) under Payable Accessorials. Enter the TONU fee and click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
