How to Add a New Team Member to Your Account

Adding a new driver, dispatcher or owner operator to your account

NOTE: This cannot be done on mobile, you must add and remove team members from a computer by logging into: https://apps.transfix.io/fms/login

To add a new team member to your account, navigate to the "Team" page.

  1. Click on the "Add Team Member" button in the top right corner.

NOTE: If you do not see the "Add Team Member" button or do not see the pencil icons next to users' names, you likely do not have permission to add and edit team members (only admins have this). Please contact your account admin, or contact your broker directly.

3. Enter your new team member's information and check off any carriers they have access to. In their "Role", specify if they are a driver, dispatcher or owner operator.

**Drivers do not have access to your account, but dispatchers and owner operators do.

4. Select the "Permissions" they have. Employees and Admins can both see all information on the account, the only difference is that an Admin can add and edit team members, while an Employee cannot.

5. Click the "Add Team Member" button in the bottom right corner to save.
