FTL shipments in the Action Needed, Planning, Assigned and In Progress columns on the Shipments page are all able to be edited. Please note: if a carrier has already sent the invoice or the shipment is still being Assigned, edits will not be allowed.

Click on the '...' to the right of the shipment and select Edit Shipment from the dropdown menu.

Or select a shipment and click on Edit Shipment in the upper right corner.

LTL shipments in the Planning column can also be edited the same way. Click on the '...' to the right of the shipment and select Edit Shipment from the dropdown menu, or click on the shipment and make your changes to the shipment details.
