Get Quotes or create a shipment from either the Home or Shipments pages in your Shipper App. We’ll be creating an LTL shipment in this example.

A Shipment ID will be automatically generated for you. Add a PO/Reference Number for your internal reference, if needed.

Enter the description, quantity and weight of your items shipped. Select a freight class based on the density calculated by the Shipper App after you enter the weight and dimensions of your shipment.

Enter your pickup and delivery locations and a pickup date, or select them from the facilities stored in your Shipper App.

Select any accessorials required for your LTL shipment.

Save & close your shipment for later, or click Next: Request Quotes.

Select a carrier and click Book Less Than Truckload.

Your Pickup Number will be listed in the Shipment Details, and we'll track/troubleshoot any issues with the carrier.
