Your Shipper App enables you to edit your routing guide from the Lanes and Carrier Network pages, depending on the type and quantity of updates you need to make.
Let's start by adding to our routing guide from the Lanes page:
Click on Add Lane in the upper right corner.
Enter your Lane Details (origin, destination and equipment).
Enter your Routing Guide info (carrier, rate, rate type and effective date). In this example we'll just add one carrier.
Click Add Lane when finished.
Now if we go back and click on the newly-created lane, we can see our Lane Details and Routing Guide info on file.
If you need to make any changes, just click on the lane and click Edit Lane.
Now let's make an update from the Carrier Network page:
Click on a carrier, then click on Add New Contract Rate.
Enter your Lane Details (origin, destination and equipment).
Enter the carrier's Rate Details (rate, rate type and effective date).
Click Add New Contract Lane when finished. Go back to the Lanes page to make any additional edits.
Now if we go back to Lanes and click on the lane we created earlier, we can see both carriers in our Routing Guide.
And if we click on any of the carriers we added to the lane, we can see their Contract Rates on file.
