The status of pick-up and delivery arrivals are automatically populated based on the tracking of the shipment, but this information can also be manually edited in order to maintain accuracy in your OTP/OTD analytics:
Click on a shipment under the Delivered column on your Shipments screen, scroll down on the right to Arrival Status and click on Edit.
A new window will open, allowing you to update the arrival status for pickup and delivery. Click Carrier arrived on time or Carrier arrived late to modify the arrival status or click Reset to clear both pickup and delivery arrival status.
Clicking on Carrier arrived on time or Carrier arrived late will update the arrival status.
Clicking on Reset will bring you back to the option to confirm on-time pickup and delivery for the shipment.
