If you run into this error message, your carrier will need additional contact information in order to schedule a pickup or delivery at a facility. To fix this, check the contact information you have on file for the facilities on your shipment. Start by clicking on Facilities in the navigation bar on the left.
Then select the facility and scroll down to Facility Contacts. Enter the facility's contact information and click Save Changes.
You can now complete your shipment! Please note: If you have any shipments already in progress that are picking up or delivering to that facility, they'll still contain the previous version of the contact information.
