In your Shipper App, go to the Facilities tab. Click on the facility and scroll down to Scheduling Information. If the facility has it's own booking site, you can enter the URL in the Scheduling Website field. If there are any special circumstances the Carrier should know about the facility, enter that information under Scheduling Instructions. You can also make a note of the Hours of Operation.
Please note: if you make updates while there are any shipments already in progress for that facility, the Carriers won't be alerted to this new information.
