You can confirm if a Carrier in your Routing Guide accepted a tendered shipment by clicking on the Shipment in the Shipments tab, then clicking on Routing Guide. You'll be able to see if the Carrier Declined the tender and which Carrier is up next to receive it.
If you'd like, you can skip that carrier and offer the shipment to the next one listed in your Routing Guide. Or if you'd prefer, you can click on Direct Tender and offer the shipment directly to a Carrier.
