To remove a carrier. find your shipment under the Assigned column of the Shipments page. Click on the "..." to the right and select Remove Carrier.
A new window will open where you can select a reason the carrier is being removed, with the option to add a note for future reference. Click on "Remove Carrier" to complete the process and send the automated cancellation email to the carrier.
You can continue to monitor your carriers' analytics by clicking on the "Carrier Network" tab, then clicking on a carrier. A new window will open that will include an ongoing record of carrier assignments and removals.
