Troubleshooting your equipment selection when you can't find a lane.

In some cases you may receive a "No routing guide found" error message when trying to select "Tender by Routing Guide" for your shipment, even though you've already created a lane.

To fix this, click on the Lanes tab in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.

Enter your origin and/or destination and make sure your lane is set up to handle the equipment being used on your shipment.

Click on Add Lane in the upper-right corner to fill in any missing equipment.

After you've saved the new lane, re-open it and click on Edit Lane. Update the effective and expiration dates in the Lane Details, and add your carrier information in the Routing Guide.

Now when we go back to that shipment and select Tender by Routing Guide we can select our carrier.
