How to Restart your Coverage Request

You can restart a coverage request for a shipment that was not successfully tendered to a carrier during its original coverage request.

Next to unsuccessfully tendered shipments, you will see a button stating “Request coverage again.” Clicking this button will bring you back to the request coverage page, and you can re-tender the shipment using whichever method you would like.
