The same status updates that are sent to you by your driver via Driver Led Status Updates, can also be sent straight to your customer/broker.

For this to work, your driver does have to be enabled for Driver Status Updates. You enter a broker or customer to be notified by clicking on the "change" button under "No one will be notified about updates."

Type in the email address of the person you want to notify, choose which type of status update you would like them to be notified of (every update, or just active ones) and click Add.

If you would ever like to stop notifying them, click change again, and remove their email address.
