To bounce a carrier off an assigned load:

1. Click “Shipments” in the left navigation bar.

2. Click the “Assigned” tab.

3. Click the “…” on the load you want to remove a carrier from and click “Remove Carrier”.

4. Your carriers will receive an email notifying them that they’ve been removed from the load.
