To view status and details of your auction:

1. Click on your “Shipments” tab (cube icon)

2. Select the “Assigning” tab.

3. Click on the shipment you would like to view, then click on the Auction Tab

4. View all submitted bids

There are three options to tender the shipment:

1. Click “Accept Bid” at any time. The carrier will then be emailed to confirm coverage.

2. If Automatic Carrier Assignment is turned ON, the carrier with the lowest bid will be automatically assigned at the end of the auction. The carrier will receive an email to confirm they can cover the shipment. The shipment will remain in the "Assigning" tab until the carrier confirms. Then it will move to "assigned."

3. If Automatic Carrier Assignment is turned OFF, you will receive an email when the auction ends. Click “View All Bids ” on the email and manually select the winning carrier. The carrier will then be emailed to confirm coverage.
