There are two ways to add a new facility to your account, while creating a load, and from the facilities page. This article covers adding a facility while creating a load, see here for adding a facility independently.
Click Add Load to add a new load, or select the load you would like to add a facility stop to.
On the left side of the window, click on the Pick Up Location (or Drop Off Location) field, and select “Add New Facility” from the dropdown menu. Fill out the facility name, address, and contact information (if needed).
4. Click "Save" to save the facility information (it will now be an option in your dropdown menu)
5. Click “Save” again on the load screen to save the facility's information for that load.
